If you’re familiar at all with Pampered Chef then you’ve likely heard about this amazing taco dip! If you’ve never had a chance to try it before I would really encourage you to make the effort; this is one of the tastiest recipes you will ever come across!

1 package taco seasoning mix

2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro or parsley
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream (optional)
1 bag corn tortilla chips
Directions:
In a deep baking dish, spread the refried beans all along the bottom of the pan. Combine the cream cheese and the taco seasoning mix together in a medium bowl. Peel and mince garlic cloves and add to the cream cheese mixture. Spread this seasoned cream cheese over the refried beans in the pan.
Dice the tomatoes and onions and sprinkle them on top of the cream cheese mixture. Top with olives, cilantro, and cheddar cheese.
Bake at 375° for 25-
Personally, I like to add green bell peppers to this recipe as well, adding them along with the tomatoes and onions. I also like to serve this dip with lettuce, but since the lettuce can’t be cooked I usually omit the black olives and cheddar cheese from the cooked dip, then after the dip has cooled some I add the lettuce, olives, and cheese on top before serving.
Adding some jalapeño peppers to the recipe is also really tasty if you enjoy a little spice with your dip!
