Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed pretzels

4 Tbsp. sugar

3/4 cup butter, softened

8 oz. cream cheese

1 cup sugar

8 oz. Cool Whip

1 (6 oz) box strawberry Jell-O

2 cups boiling water

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries


Directions:

Mix together pretzels, 4 Tbsp. sugar, and butter. Pack on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 6 minutes at 400. Cool. Cream together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in Cool Whip; spread over crust. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water (use large bowl). Add frozen strawberries, breaking apart with 2 forks. Stir until slightly thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill. Cut into squares to serve.
