Strawberry Jell-O Cake

Ingredients:

1 pkg. white cake mix

1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O

1/2 cup water

3/4 cup cooking oil

4 eggs

1/2 cup or 1/2 pkg. frozen strawberries(including juice)

Directions:

Mix cake mix, Jell-O, cooking oil, and water; beat well. Add eggs one at a time and beat after each addition. Add strawberries; beat well. Bake in layer pans 25 minutes at 300.

Icing:

1 stick butter

1/2 tsp salt

1 box confectioner's sugar

1/2 cup or pkg. strawberries and juice

Mix in order listed. Frost between layers and on top of cake.
