Spice Cake

Spice cake always reminds me of graduation open houses, confirmation parties, and weddings. The perfect cake for big crowds and big celebrations!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter (melted)

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp. soda

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/2 tsp. cloves

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs; mix well. Add dry ingredients and sour cream alternately. Bake in 8-inch pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
