Sesame Seed Cakes

Ingredients:
1 cup roasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. water
Directions:
Dissolve the sugar in water over medium heat. Cook without stirring until golden
brown. Add the sesame seeds and mix well. Pour out on a wet or greased board. Press
out into flat sheet about 3/8 inch thick. A glass jar works well for this. Cut or
break into pieces.
