Salsa

Ingredients:

15 jalapeno peppers (with or with out seeds)

20 large tomatoes (washed and peeled)

10 onions (chopped chunky)

1 cup sugar

2 cups white vinegar

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup salt

10 garlic cloves, diced

6-8 basil leaves, chopped

10-oz can tomato paste (we used 12-oz can)


Directions:

Bring to boil-taste. Add jalapeno seeds to your taste.

Boil 20 minutes. Put hot jars in oven at 175-200 degrees, and take out one at a time.

Boil lids, No H2O bath needed, just fill the jars and set them upside down on a towel set up on a flat surface.
