Roasted Potatoes with Classic Onion Soup Mix
Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/3 cup vegetable oil
5 Tbsp. Classic Onion Soup Mix (found in soup section of this book)
Directions:
In a bowl, toss potatoes and oil. Sprinkle with 5 Tbsp. onion soup mix; toss to coat.
Transfer to and ungreased 15x10 inch baking pan. Bake, uncoverd, at 450 for 35-40
minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
