Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 2/3 cup sugar

1 cup oil

2 cups or 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin

2 cups flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. Cinnamon


Directions:

Mix the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin together. Gradually add the rest of the ingredients.

Bake in a jelly roll pan at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
