Sausage Rolls (Piggies in a Blanket)

This is less of a recipe and more of just a great appetizer idea for any special party or social event. You can put any number of things on the platter as topping options. I even like to have multiple types of crackers to choose from, or multiple types of cheese and meats.

There are any number of things you can add to a platter like this, which means you can make it as simple or elaborate as you like!

Ingredients:

1 pkg. mini smoked sausages       

Biscuit batter

Directions:

Shape biscuit batter into triangles, place one sausage on each triangle and roll up like a croissant. Bake at 350 until done.
