Peanut 'N Fudge Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup sugar

1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1/3 cup chunky peanut butter

3 cups cool whip, thawed

1/4 cup hot fudge topping

1/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Stir together crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of spring form pan. Bake for 10 minutes; cool.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl at medium speed until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip and Pour into crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. To serve, drizzle hot fudge over peanuts. Keeps well in freezer.
