Mock Baby Ruth Bars

Ingredients:
2/3 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
4 cups oatmeal
Directions:
Melt margarine, brown sugar and corn syrup over low heat, stirring. Pour mixture over oatmeal.
Press in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
Frosting:
1 (6 oz) pkg. chocolate chips
1//2 cup peantut butter
Melt together first by placing in a pan in the cooling oven for a few minutes. Stir to blend and spread over oatmeal mixture. Chill for several hours in refrigerator. Cut in squares.
