Mexican Chef Taco Salad

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef

1 can kidney beans

1 tsp. salt

1 onion, diced

4 tomatoes, chopped

1 head lettuce, chopped

4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

1 bag corn chips

1 (8-oz.) bottle French Dressing


Directions:

Brown ground beef. Add the kidney beans to the meat and heat through, season with salt. In a large salad bowl, combine onion, tomatoes, and lettuce. Toss with chess and corn chips.

Add meat-bean mixture to salad and chill until ready to serve. Add French dressing just before serving.
