Italian Salad Dressing
Shake in covered jar and refrigerate:
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. each sugar and salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. each dried basil leaves and oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed, to taste
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried bell peppers (optional)
