Hibiscus Tea

I've started drinking this in the mornings instead of coffee and it's been great. Not only does it taste AMAZING but it is also very refreshing, energizing, and has so many health benefits!


Ingredients:

Ginger root

Hibiscus petals

Lime juice

Honey


Directions:

I just put a little of each ingredient in a bowl, pour hot water over it and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then put it through a strainer, add a little more hot water, and sip it like a tea!

Mmmm! A great alternative to caffeine!
