Boil potatoes, stew beef (or desired meat such as chicken or fish), chopped onion, and garlic in water until potatoes are soft and meat is browned. Add small amount of tomato paste, salt, and maggi cubes. Mix ground nut paste with water and add as thickener. Serve over hot rice.
