Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

1/2 cup peeled and chopped ginger root

1 liter water

Honey

Lemon


Directions:

Add water and ginger root to a medium sauce pan, bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Strain off the root, keeping only the liquid. Add honey and lemon to taste. If tea is too strong, you can add more water. Drink as a hot tea or chill and drink as an iced tea.
