Egg-in-a-Hole

My favorite! Just a simple fried egg but it's fried in the cut out center of buttered bread. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. To cook several at the same time, place toast on a greased cake pan with a a raw egg in the center of each slice. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
