Chocolate Revel Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup margarine

2 cups brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. vanilla

Pinch of salt

2 1/2 cups flour

3 cups quick cooking oatmeal

1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 Tbsp. margarine

1 tsp. vanilla

Nuts (optional)


Directions:

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Place 2/3 of mixture in bottom of jelly roll pan. Melt the milk chocolate chips and combine with the remaining ingredients. Pour this mixture over the crumb mixture in pan. Crumble remaining dough over chocolate mix. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Keeps well and can be frozen.
