7-Up Cake
Ingredients:
3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 cup 7-Up
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar for 20 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time. Add flour
and lemon extract. Fold in the 7-Up. Pour into well greased 12 cup bunt pan. Bake
at 325 for 1 hour to 85 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before turning out
of pan.
